Working closely with Richard Thacker Insurance, we identified the key areas which needed drastic changes. Our initial reaction was to bring the literature completely up to date implementing an overall consistency throughout.

After a very successful initial stage, the ethos of how Richard Thacker Insurance presented itself was wholeheartedly embraced by staff, giving a sense of confidence in the product and was extremely well received by the people who matter the most, the clients. The ongoing process allows increased awareness in existing client bases and opens brand new avenues which were previously deemed closed.
